Warranty

Please complete the form below to extend your warranty from two to five years for free.

The warranty is conditional on an evidence of the date of purchase, such as the original and correctly filled-in warranty-card or the dealer invoice.
The service technicians appointed by the manufacturer will be the final judges in determining whether the cause of defect is the manufacturers’ responsibility. Repairs of such manufacturing defect by the official service or the manufacturer are free of charge within five years from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover: damages resulting from accidents, mishandling or abusive use (excessive shocks, denting, breaking, etc.) unauthorised alteration, handling and/or repair by person without proven professional qualification, normal wear, tear and aging, batteries, strap, buckle.This warranty excludes any responsibility for consequential damages and/or third-party claims and/or loss. All parts replaced under warranty remain the property of the manufacturer.

    Hi,

    Yesterday I have bought a watch directly in Anderlecht. I try to extend the warranty, but keep getting this error message: (I uses « online shop » as the point of sales)
    Forbidden (403)
    CSRF verification failed. Request aborted.
    More information is available with DEBUG=True.
